I have run out of money and I don’t know why. What should I do?

You should contact the social care access team at Cheshire West and Chester Council.

You can also contact your allocated worker if you have one.
If you have an assessed contribution, this also needs to be paid.

If you are using the correct hours and paying your contribution (if assessed) you can contact your Independent Living Advisor at Disability Positive to see why you may be running out of money.

If you are using services over your budget, you are expected to top this up. The top up is different to the assessed contribution.
